Here’s my story—
I hadn’t slept well since having kids in my late 30s. Even after they started sleeping through the night, it was like my body forgot how.
Some nights, I’d be wide awake at 3AM. Other nights, I’d fall asleep fast but wake up hours later with a racing heart and no chance of falling back asleep. On top of that came weight gain, joint pain, heart palpitations, and even breast lumps that left me anxious and confused.
